The current Velvet CARE Factory, where Velvet products are manufactured, was established in Klucze over 120 years ago! In 1997, “soft like velvet” Velvet tissues and toilet paper were created.

In 2017, the factory in Klucze produced nearly 235 million rolls of Velvet toilet paper for the Polish market, which – stacked on top of each other – would make a tower about 22 795 km high! This amount of rolls would wrap around the globe over 123 times!

In 2017, so many Velvet tissues went on the Polish market that we could wipe more than 1.3 billion runny noses or cover 7.5 thousand football fields!

The scent of toilet paper comes from the tube. During production, even before tissue paper is rolled onto the cardboard tube, it is sprayed with a scent corresponding to the given product variant.
